I saw this and immediately felt the need to order it just because I knew our kitchen needed this sponge holder even though my girlfriend said we didn't need it. The exciting day of his arrival turned into a tragedy as I excitedly ripped open the box and saw how tiny it really was. My expression spoke for itself as my friend watched my excitement turn to pure sadness. "What happened?" she asked. "Oh, um, NOTHING!" I said as I ran into the kitchen and clutched the box it was in. I tried every sponge we had, even opened a new pack just to see if I could really squeeze the new one tight to fit in this tiny holder. but unfortunately. , No. THE GREEN SPONGE WAS SO SMALL I THINK THE DOLLHOUSE SPONGE WOULD BE BIGGER! So not only was I upset, I had to immediately return this item which apparently was not intended for a regular sized sponge. My girlfriend was right and now I can't order anything interesting. In conclusion, unless you have unusually small lips. Where did you get them?!?! I mean, while it's cool, unfortunately it's not practical for the sponges that people use.
