I received my first pair as a gift, after measuring my foot it seemed I was a size 8. I got them, they were better than I ever could have expected and my foot slid in them so well. BUT. my foot kept sliding forward about an inch. I tried to look past it, but the heel of my foot hits just the edge of where the heel of the shoe starts. I felt my foot dip and knew I couldn't walk around in that for an hour, let alone a whole day. So I measured again and 7 1/2 (7.5) seemed to be the perfect spot. I returned the 8s ordered the 7.5. It arrived today with a note that original packaging was damaged and item was reboxed. No info. No slip. No details or stickers of size or even who made the shoe, no branding whatsoever. I put them on and. too small. My toes barely fit and my heel is pinched. I measured my foot and the shoe. I was sent a 6.5 or a 7. Not a 7.5. I've looked over their size chart and my foot 3 times before making sure I want to send these back a second time. I'm not even sure it's worth trying a 3rd time for the right size.
