Review on Exotech by Tony Pierce

Although the metals and alloys I recently bought from Exotech were of high quality, I was very dissatisfied with their level of customer support. I had a lot of concerns that I needed to have answered because I was a foreigner and didn't understand their shipping and payment procedures. However, it took a few days for me to hear back from their customer service department when I attempted to do so, and the responses I did get were confusing and unhelpful. It was annoying and made the purchasing process much more challenging than it needed to be. To better serve their international customers, I hope Exotech upgrades their customer support in the future.
