I read that in other reviews the instructions were rubbish, that's inaccurate, rubbish would be better. Really how much money would it cost to find someone who spoke English to write the instructions, or better yet just put a link in the box to direct you to someone who already has one installed? I then ran the cables and modeled all the pieces where they looked like the instructions said to make sure they were long enough before tying anything up. The positive cable and the control cable are routed on the front of the relay box, therefore the box cannot be installed flush with the computer as shown in the picture. Changed the cables to the other side and tightened the relay unit. The instructions show that the circuit breaker is installed in the middle of the firewall but installed at the end of the main positive power wire. This is where the fun begins. While I was figuring out where to mount the switch, the Chinese crimp junk came loose on the main power wire. Looking inside the shrink tubing I saw that not all of the strands were crimped, and it's also obvious that they didn't remove enough insulation to make a good, solid connection. So my dilemma now is to send it back and hope I can sell one of my kids for enough to get a good relay box and switchboard, or ditch the old Chinese wiring and buy my own, route and compress them properly. be strong enough to support the weight of a 9 ounce circuit breaker. More will come as I figure out what to do.
