Touch has stopped working

When I received this screen, it looked very similar to many of the screens I received for a quick do-it-yourself phone repair. The screen worked just as well as the OEM for about a week or two. Then the touch functions of the screens suddenly stopped working. I checked the connections on my phone and they were all secure. I am very disappointed because now without a phone I have to wait for a screen replacement.
