The rotating cheese grater is a real step forward for our kitchen. Its smooth and rounded edges make it comfortable and light to hold. In the hand it feels light but strong. Although we've never had a rotating cheese grater, it's intuitive to use. It turns out to be well-crushed hard cheese. Please note that it is not intended for use with soft cheeses such as cheddar. It easily disassembles into three parts for easy cleaning. The grid mechanism, which needs to be cleaned after each use, slides out with a pleasant spring. As for its looks, white complemented with gray is both color neutral and attractive to our eyes. A very nice addition to our kitchen that will be used frequently.
