WTF? THIS COLOR SUCKS.

This must be the biggest waste of money. I bleached my hair white. Added cotton candy, waited 30 minutes, nothing, repeated cotton candy process, still nothing. WTF? This color sucks. Turquoise was so beautiful too😥😥😥
