The oil pan has the same dimensions as the original 2003 Honda ignition oil pan. The contact surface was mostly well machined and flat with some superficial scratches. All machining of the casting could have been cleaned of rough edges to avoid cuts. The oil drain plug is very tight. Tried to loosen after installing on engine block but couldn't. Let's see if we can get to the next oil change in a few thousand kilometers. For $60-$70 you can't go wrong compared to $200+ at the dealer!
