This brush is terrible - we've used this brand before and it's too hard. Difficult to use on tangled hair - I actually thought I'd order another popular brand comb (which works much better) and made the mistake of ordering this one. The seller will not cancel the order even if the order has just been placed and will not accept returns. Please make sure this is exactly what you want before ordering.
