In general I am satisfied. The price was good. The specs were great. The build quality is excellent! The screen practically does not bend, the body is very rigid. The keyboard is great! The best laptop keyboard I've ever tried. Runs quietly and still has good battery life. BUT one thing I'm SUPER disappointed with is the speakers. To my knowledge these are Gen 6 updates which now have multiple top speakers in addition to the bottom speakers. The bottom speaker on the right emits a very distracting hum. At certain frequencies it sounds like utter nonsense. Some blame the lack of Shift/Enter keys, others say it's "normal for a business notebook". I'm not expecting MBP quality sound here, but I do expect it to be non-raspy and sound like a tin can. I really, really want to love this laptop and intend to keep it, but the poor rattling tiny speaker sound is REALLY disappointing from a premium laptop. The sound is so bad that I turned off all system sounds because I winced while listening. I removed the back cover thinking something was stuck or wrong. The speakers are bolted to some sort of anti-vibration rubber bushing that isolates them from the cabinet. The speakers are pretty loose. I decided to add some very small rubber washers to tighten the fit a bit and maybe reduce rattling. But he hasn't done anything yet. I hate being so depressed on an amazing laptop but the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. But in general there are a lot more good things than bad things. If I listen to a lot of music, I use headphones. EDIT- The horrible rumble kept driving me insane! I bought a set of very small 1/8" rubber rings and placed them between the speaker screws and the speaker housing. The noise was significantly reduced. I am very happy with this decision. Now I am very happy with this unit.
