CONS: I don't like that it doesn't have a back support. Leaning even slightly will pinch the dog and make them uncomfortable. There's no pillow either, except for that gray memory foam thing. It didn't have instructions or a list of descriptions, so at first I had no idea what it was. I don't like the way it moves, so it's difficult for my pet to get comfortable in it. It doesn't have insulation to keep your pet from overheating, so I wouldn't keep it on its back in direct sunlight. I wore this backpack for about 20 minutes and my back started to sweat. My clothes were uncomfortably wet. The kicker for me was the Press N Seal they attached to the surface of the bladder! It doesn't come out from under the glow and looks tasteless. PRO: It's cute and my pets seem to like it better than their previous bag. I give 3 stars because despite the disadvantages it still works. but if you want to use it all the time to go outside then this isn't for you. If you plan to use it to walk through an isolated building like a mall, you're fine.
