The original goal was to buy one for a laptop, but it's too weak, "shakes" when typing, but for a monitor it works fine. In one review, one person said it's impossible to adjust the throttle. Well, when you use it for the first time, you need to use some force, then it will work fine. You cannot adjust the throttle until all the parts are connected as it is very difficult. If you are not in a hurry, you can buy the same thing twice cheaper on a Chinese site and wait 3-4 weeks. In my case, I needed it ASAP, so I was willing to pay that price.
