
We've had this headset for 3 months and all of a sudden the mic fell off the base. We're super bonded. We contacted Turtle Beach. They asked us to send them a photo. I sent them 3 photos and said we glued the mic back to the base. According to the photo, it was found that the device needs to be replaced under warranty. However, in order to get a replacement headset, they wanted us to cut the cable on the headset and send them a photo to prove we cut the cable. They were the ones who determined that the headset needed replacing, but they wanted us to take extra steps to prove we did what they wanted. That's not how you treat your customers. If they wanted to return the device to do whatever they wanted with it, they had to send us a return label.
