The bag is very cute and spacious! I like the accordion style. However, after using the shoulder strap for a week or two, I noticed a very large tear in the inner webbing connecting the "skin" to the metal ring that the strap attaches to. It was almost completely torn down! There was saving grace. fabric glue. My friend's mom saw the damage and brought some home, I MASK everything on the inside of the canvas down to the metal ring and let it dry for three weeks. No problems since, but I've found I'll use shorter handles instead because I'm being paranoid.
