I love glasses. They are thick, beautiful, smooth and beautifully packaged. They were with black labels, white marking and gold caps. I wasn't expecting labels or at least didn't know they came with them. However, I am very disappointed that one of the glasses was cracked and broken off. It wasn't because of the bad packaging. It was covert. So they did (the company put a lid on an already cracked jar or put the lid on too tight). I had to use a glue gun to smooth out the broken glass since I had to use this glass jar. And I couldn't return them because when I opened the package I needed glasses again. I could hardly wait for a replacement. I've been messing around and now I'm stuck with a glass that's broken.
