Review on 👣 CURAD Performance Series Ironman Ankle Support – Removable Stays, Adjustable Brace for Right or Left Ankle, Mild to Moderate Sprains by Matt Kucrud

I had an accident last summer which resulted in a serious sprained ankle. After a few months I'm still not completely pain free so I ordered this bandage hoping it would give some support and help with the healing. The corset is fairly easy to use. It consists of two inner bands and two outer bands. One for the leg and one for the back of the foot. Then there are two outer straps that extend from the bottom of the foot and cross with the opposite side of the leg. There are removable hard plastic "hoops" on both sides. This configuration was helpful and I felt it supported the ankle quite well. However, I also had sprains on the top of my foot and this brace seemed to make those pains worse. I think this would be a great brace for mild to moderate ankle sprains, but not so much for more severe ones. .This is also a great brace for the price.
