I'm 5'6" and 150 lbs and I usually wear US size 10 pants. I don't like pants that are tight around the waist to avoid a tight top . I ordered the neoprene pants in size XL, based on the waist size. they fit well. My waist is really high just because I have a very short torso. but not tight. The legs are too baggy so they don't fit or look like a wetsuit should. I love them and will wear them on wet and cold days to walk my dog. I'm ordering another pair in size M. I hope my feet fit better.
