I am 5ft 9155lbs and ordered Medium. I'll send them back shortly. I read the reviews before ordering so I went with the average as most said they run small. YOU ARE NOT SMALL! They should be very snug, like a wetsuit, but not small. I have a muscular build and they were very large in the stomach and legs. They are very thick like a wetsuit, great price and great quality. I would recommend this item.

I'm 5'6" and 150 lbs and I usually wear US size 10 pants. I don't like pants that are tight around the waist to avoid a tight top . I ordered the neoprene pants in size XL, based on the waist size. they fit well. My waist is really high just because I have a very short torso. but not tight. The legs are too baggy so they don't fit or look like a wetsuit should. I love them and will wear them on wet and cold days to walk my dog. I'm ordering another pair in size M. I hope my feet fit better.

Love my 2mm wetsuit pants. Perfect fit (I'm 5ft 5in, 155lbs), I bought a size 3XL. Very comfortable, a little loose, but I don't need tight pants. I wear them for swimming and dragon boating. I went to the pool to try them out during swimming lessons - I liked them. Ideal. Didn't want to take her off. If you are my size and want a tighter fit, choose 2XL. I bought these neoprene pants to hike the Narrows in Zion in late October. They worked great in cold water! I was able to wear very thin baselayer leggings underneath but still had enough compression to keep water out and make them comfortable for a 9 mile water hike.
