Very responsive support service

Good rice cooker. It works best when 25 cups of uncooked rice is processed into 50 cups of cooked rice. I bought it for a church and the rice comes out perfect. We had an issue with the rice cooker turning off before the rice was done, but Aroma's customer service reps were fantastic. I explained my problem and they sent me a new rice cooker. This was after a few months of use while trying to troubleshoot the issue. Thanks Aroma - great customer service!
