Based on this photo, I expected the fit to be more true to size, but it is actually a little bit smaller. It's not so small that I need to return it, it's just a little shorter in the torso and sleeves, and slightly tighter across my chest (I am 5'0 ft, 125lb/34 DD - 36 bust x 28 waist x 34 hip, for reference). I also did not notice the scalloped detail on the neckline from the photos, so that was a surprise, but I'm not put off by it. It's still flattering and seems like it would compliment any body type.Additionally, the material isn't as soft as I expected it to be. It's snug and has a "rougher" feel on my skin than other stretch cotton shirts that I have. It seems like it will stretch out a little in the elbows/bust area with wear. TBD on how it holds up in the wash. I'll likely only line-dry it since I don't want it to shrink at all and I hope that with a good washing it will soften the shirt a little to make it cozier. I wish it was more fitted at the wrists too.Overall, I'll still be keeping and wearing it as a great basic. It's just slightly disappointing in the quality/fit.
