Review on Best Stainless Steel Lemon Squeezer: Bellemain Premium Quality with Silicone Handles by Amanda Smith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best juicer for medium-sized lemons and limes. The missing instructions (manual) is (is) there!

After using this juicer for a month I can say it's a great product and the best juicer in its class but I want to explain why. Such a reliable tool is a must in the kitchen. I will provide instructions on how to use it and also explain how to prepare fruit for juicing to get the most juice out of it with this juicer. and contains 18-20% chromium and 8-10.5% nickel), and the surface is well polished. Thanks to this, it withstands heavy loads, practically does not break and is quite easy to clean. This is a pair of tongs with two handles and two nested cone-shaped bowls between which fruit is placed to squeeze the juice. The bottom cone/bowl has holes for the juice to flow out of and no seeds or pulp come out. Also, the handles are covered with non-slip red silicone bushings. As the juicer is perceived today, the silicone bushings easily detach from the handles, earning some reviewers a star. This is the only serious claim to the manufacturer. The sleeves come out as the handles are very well polished. I fixed the silicone bushings with a few drops of Loctite 454 glue and now they have no chance of getting out again. Of course, the juicer can be used without silicone nozzles, but with them the grip is more reliable and comfortable. The handles are not hollow, but are made of durable stainless steel. If the handles were a little longer, say 1 inch, then it would be less of an effort to squeeze the fruit. It is no problem for me. Now comes the most important part of the juicer, two approximate cones between which fruit is placed (see below for how to prepare it). The geometric shapes and sizes of these pieces are very carefully chosen to match the sizes and shapes of medium-sized lemons, limes, and similar citrus fruits. In particular, the thickness of the fruit rind is taken into account. This is the main difference between the Bellemain Lemon Squeezer juicer and similar juicers. In particular, I have compared them to the Innovee Lemon Squeezer - Quality 18/10 Stainless Steel Manual Citrus Juicer with Lemon Ebook Recipe and Chef'n FreshForce Citrus Juicer (Lemon) and can say that the Bellemain Lemon Squeezer is better and you get more juice than with them if you use medium-sized fruit. The complete juicer does not come with an instruction manual or any type of manual, which is noted in some reviews. This is an oversight by the manufacturer. Let me give you some instructions on how to use the juicer and how to prep the lemons/limes so they can squeeze out more juice (see almost removed. This opens up more space to press on the top cone. 3) Cut the Fruit in a large circle (i.e. in the middle) into two roughly equal parts. 4) Turn the resulting halves over with the wider part facing up. Make 6-10 bark cuts at the end of the edge of the circle of each part, for example 5-9mm deep. This is very important, otherwise the edges of the rind will remain deformed (not everted) after squeezing, resulting in loss of juice. or with both hands until the two cones almost touch. Take out the leftovers and repeat the process with the second half, but do not remove the leftovers. Note that some juice will remain between the two nested bowls/cups. Tilt the juicer to pour out this juice. 6) Open the juicer and place the leftovers of the first half on top of the leftovers of the second half. Press again and you'll get more juice. Open the juicer, swap the remaining two halves and press again. This way you will get a few more drops of juice. I can only recommend the Bellemain lemon squeezer! Enjoy drinking lemon/lime juice!
