Item used twice. Once on leveling blocks on firm sand and gravel and once on concrete. In the sand, a second wedge rubbed broken ribs. On concrete, the buckled dock leveler simply collapsed, causing the trailer to tip backwards and damaging the gutters over my garage door. I thought I would save money and buy a Revain recommended product. Should have gone straight to Anderson's equalizer for just a few bucks more. All of this happened on July 31 - the day after the goods were ready for return. This product sucks.
