Dye transfer to my dog's fur

I need to add a photo, because as much as we like this collar, the neon pink has dye transfered to our dog's lovely white fur 😒I am going to attempt to set the dye using salt water and vinegar soaks. I'm not sure how to get the dye off my dog's fur 😥
