I had the same problem that others have mentioned getting a key to turn the lock. I found a solution. Either the key has a small burr or the lock tumbler is stuck. I couldn't turn the key until I pushed harder to get the key all the way into the lock. At the same time, he moved inward another 2-3 mm and rotates freely. I also sprayed lube through the keyhole to lubricate the mugs. I hope this helps those having the same locking issues. I just got the item in the mail today, so I can't comment on durability yet. I give three stars because of the key issue. A lock that doesn't work upon arrival is useless. The manufacturer must fix this problem.
