The team is always responsive to our needs and we are able to communicate with them directly unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past. I don't think there's anything that has been a problem when dealing with this team. I would say that they can be very direct and easy to work with but they also sometimes go overboard with documentation which makes it more difficult to understand exactly what they're asking/telling us to do. I'd recommend using Paladion to anyone looking for high quality support from a trusted vendor. We use Paladion services to help maintain an up-to-date firewall and monitor network activity to ensure that our clients' information is protected. The team at Paladion is very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of our IT environment. They are always striving to provide us with the best products available on the market and support them to the fullest extent possible. There is nothing I can think of that I dislike about Paladion's service thus far. Their proactive approach has been great in helping to keep our network safe and secure.
