Review on PepperMate Traditional Peppercorns Ergonomic Adjustable Kitchen & Dining by Tracy Green

I really like most things about this grinder. The side handle and reservoir cap design is really good. i like the color It produces a pleasant degree of grinding and is adjustable. Refueling is also well thought out. Only downside - and this is the deciding factor for me - is that the crank is difficult to turn no matter how I adjust it. Maybe it's the gearing, maybe it's the clumsy mechanism, maybe we have a product that's not quite right but it's too hard to turn. Went back to old fashioned cranks (Zazenhaus and inexpensive Good Grips). I will look for new models from this company. Hope they can improve the product.
