I like that they are so professional in their work, even though it is not your own project you can trust them to get things done right! They listen to what we want from our system rather than just telling us how its going to be set up without any input or feedback. If anything comes along as an issue with getting started then there's no problem at all but if everything goes smoothly through out process then great success should come about. Nothing really to dislike here. Just keep working towards making this perfect.
