I like that they have such good customer service when things go wrong or if there are issues with their product. They always respond quickly (even after hours) and provide me options for how best to address my issue/question so as not to waste time solving something unnecessarily complex. The support team has been very helpful over many years now - even though we're both located thousands of miles apart from each other :) We've had some minor problems but nothing major at this point; however, all those who work here seem committed to making improvements to ensure continued success long into future releases. Their pricing model makes sense given what's included within their plans compared to competitors' offerings which tend towards high-end products / services. It gives us peace of mind knowing that our business email will remain free forever while also having access to premium features should need arise.
