Sharp, ergonomic cleaning knife.

I like that you use a downward motion instead of a sideways motion when using this cleaner. Lateral movements of most peelers cause pain in the joint of the index finger (arthritis). Using a knife causes the same pain, but moving this tool down doesn't twist my joints and I'm not in pain. I will be recommending this to all women in my arthritis support group.
