In general, with adjustments, the product works as intended. It arrived on time and included a clip base, two Y-arms, and six heat-shrink alligator clips on serrated jaws. The bracket where the Y screws to the clamp base is an issue with this product where the Y is a plastic thread with a different thread than the aluminum base. Even if you get a nice snug fit over time by adjusting your arms, that connection will loosen. Also, I would use two hands when adjusting, or I could easily see the threaded end of the Y breaking into the aluminum base. All that said, I use to tie wires for soldering so this will work for me. I have attached two pictures and suggest using Devon Home's 5 minute epoxy. This epoxy is great.
