Misleading return agents

So I bought it for use at work. Worked fine for a couple of weeks then just stopped one day so I called the returns number they have and the rep told me they would replace it and I didn't need to return the original I bought back. Somehow, without warning, a notification came that I was being billed again for this port for not sending the originals back. Happy with multiport, not happy with being lied to
