Nice but Easel is VERY confusing

I got my kit and it is quite nice. BUT, there are no instructions on how to assemble the easel. There are no YouTube videos that I could find with this exact model. It’s semi assembled but I have no idea how to take it apart and open it up without it coming completely dismantled. Any thoughts from anyone? If I can figure out how to assemble the easel I will probably change my rating to a higher star level.
