*edit* Support spoke to me about the issue and offered to trade the product with me. While this doesn't fix the eye strain I was having, I appreciate the responsiveness of their customer support (I'm guessing they're located in Asia, so just pay attention to the time zones) even after telling them the first time that I mean them rating would not change. It was valuable enough for me to endorse the product with an extra star. I use this for drawing; Touch screen and color are basically what excites me. I've had the product for about a month now. The default color is good. It looks accurate and displays things well. However, when my contrast is above ten percent, I get a headache for up to an hour. But when I turn the contrast down, my other eye strains (not as much). Be careful if you have had such problems with other products. The touch screen is great. very responsive, even when drawing. The only problem is the space in the top right corner of my screen sometimes not registering / there will be wavy lines around it. While it's annoying, it doesn't happen too often and the gap is an inch long. other miscellaneous things; The box comes with its own cables, it's super cool! There is a menu that can be accessed by pressing the wheel on the left. This information is not included in the instructions. My screen couldn't access it normally, but this is a good workaround.
