The drum was otherwise fine, but the paper and tape that was put over it (presumably for protection during transport) made the tape stick to the roller and left a sticky mark on it, the are everywhere now The printed page is ruined (leaving smeared toner on the back of the page and big smudges on the front where the toner isn't sticking where it should. Otherwise the product looks like it worked great but it's a pity to replace a bad drum, hoping for an improvement in print quality, just to get this.
