I have 2 pieces from this jeweler and both are broken. I sent the first one back and went to another jeweler but I changed this necklace and even the second one broke. When I say they break, I don't mean they've been ripped off me or roughly handled. They literally fall off your body. For the price this is unacceptable. While their customer service is good and they will send you a new item, what's the point of getting a new chain if they keep breaking. The problem is their poor quality. Please do not waste your time with this company. I will never buy from Pori again and will speak about this brand. Extremely disappointed and upset. Do better, Pori.
