Absolutely normal! on Remote Controls and Accessories
No setup required. Just put in some batteries and it will connect automatically! The downside is that you have to press a bit for the controls to do what you want and make sure they're pointing DIRECTLY at the TV. Minor details given the good price and ease of setup.
