I have spent a lot of time comparing support wedges and systems and chose this one because of the two separate wedges. To my surprise, both parts of the wedge have a non-slip base, which makes it easy to use them together without slipping, and separate them into parts, one for me and one for my husband. Both are made of memory foam, as are the two wheels. They came out of the vacuum pack almost completely puffed up and didn't smell of chemicals, although I'm very sensitive to chemical smells and flavors. Just a very faint new scent. They look exactly like the photos in the description. Costs money.
