Easy way track and measure progress towards business-aligned employee performance
I like that it's easy to create goals, objectives or other KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for each user in your organization as well as tracking them against those metrics over time with alerts when they are off target! It would be great if we could have more flexibility around how data is viewed/filtered - eg drill down into particular areas of an objective instead just seeing all users' overall targets at once.
We're using this software primarily within our own team but also across multiple teams so having visibility from one place makes things easier too.
Pros
- The way you can track individual progress compared directly back up between different groups such staff vs contractors etc which helps people really appreciate where their efforts need improvement personally rather than blaming everyone else not pulling thier weight ; ) Also being able see what has helped me achieve my personal annual performance goal gives us another layer insight beyond KPI dashboard alone ! :) This does help highlight opportunities / gaps further out though
Cons
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
