I like that it is easy to use,it's quick for me as an admin user when i need something quickly! It has helped our HR department in creating goals/objective statements & tracking them using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).It also helps with reporting purposes which are very important at my organization because we have many departments within one org so having all of this information together makes life easier!! Nothing really but just be aware if you're looking into performance management…

Good for tracking performance of teams as well as individuals

I like that it's very customizable, allowing me to easily set up my own objectives for each team member as well has being able top track them all in one place! It can be difficult at times figuring out what is actually working with your goals when there are multiple KPIs within an objective of larger projects or initiatives you're trying drive towards over time (or even across teams). If we had more people using this software our reporting would have been much easier overall - but if not then…

I like that it's easy to create goals, objectives or other KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for each user in your organization as well as tracking them against those metrics over time with alerts when they are off target! It would be great if we could have more flexibility around how data is viewed/filtered - eg drill down into particular areas of an objective instead just seeing all users' overall targets at once. We're using this software primarily within our own team but also across…

Pros
  • The way you can track individual progress compared directly back up between different groups such staff vs contractors etc which helps people really appreciate where their efforts need improvement personally rather than blaming everyone else not pulling thier weight ; ) Also being able see what has helped me achieve my personal annual performance goal gives us another layer insight beyond KPI dashboard alone ! :) This does help highlight opportunities / gaps further out though
