Use this charger to boost the charging power of my old ole Xantrex SW4024. My Kubota alternator puts out 110 volts twice so one feeds the inverter and the other line now goes to this wonderful charger. Although the charger is rated for a 450 amp hour battery, after reading some other reviews I took a chance. My bank is about 1500 mph. It only goes to full absorption charge. It will put itself to sleep in the leveling cycle. That's the real deal. I have previously blown a PowerMax in just 2 months and now a Cotek 40 amp charger that actually lasted 4 years. It looks like a really high quality product, I'll keep you posted. wolfgang
