Review on πŸŽ’ Rothco Olive Drab Canvas Daypack: The Perfect Casual Daypack by Albert Dorsett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Simplicity is amazing!

A simple, durable canvas backpack that can handle quite a large load. Maximum capacity was a UPS Express box, a lunch box, 2 binders and a regular sized book in the main chamber. Inside the front flaps were some things like a wallet, cigarette boxes, a headphone pocket, 2 small RX bottles. The shoulder straps have enough padding to keep the rugged look and keep the shoulder comfortable. The handle on the back used to lift the bag is also canvas but more rigid so it sometimes pokes into the back/back. No big deal as I just flip it over and it stays out of the way. The top flap has a zipper. The bag is stretched with thick mesh with sliders (completely made of tarpaulin). The only weak point (or maybe my fault) was that a few weeks ago I was in a rush and pulled hard on the strings to close the bag. A small metal rivet broke out of the canvas. Doesn't seem to matter so far. All in all I use it as my everyday work bag and I love the way it looks. PS - she also reminds me of elementary school. where I went to school in the late 80's they were very popular.
