🎒 Rothco Olive Drab Canvas Daypack: The Perfect Casual Daypack Review

I really like this bag. If you are looking for a tactical bag, this is not it. This is a lightweight, simple everyday bag. I use it to carry lunch, a travel mug, and a water bottle. That's what makes it great. I wish the fabric was a little thicker. That's about the thickness of a canvas grocery bag.

Very good price <18$! The canvas is durable, but obviously not as thick as you'd expect from a $100+ package. I find no flaws in the clasp and the straps are soft enough for light loads. The color is nice and I also like the soft ring at the top of the bag. A simple, lightweight bag without a ton of pockets or zips. Perfect for trips to the airport/concert/theme park/etc where you EXPECT to be searched and don't want to go through lots of pockets and compartments.

This is perfect for me but I wish some of the QCs were better. Some stitching is messed up and the zippers feel cheap. The compartments don't have dividers or any organization, which I wanted but would definitely bother some people. I use this every day and only use a laptop case and cable organizer for small items. A simple, durable canvas backpack that can handle quite a large load. Maximum capacity was a UPS Express box, a lunch box, 2 binders and a regular sized book in the main chamber. Inside the front flaps were some things like a wallet, cigarette boxes, a headphone pocket, 2 small RX bottles. I have this bag in black. I have been using this bag as my everyday bag for more than a year. I take it everywhere: to work, on day trips, dog training, overnight on the town where I leave it in my truck.
