Review on Ultimate Titanium KeySmart: A Must-Have Organizer for Men's Accessories by Brian Pius

I bought the titanium version and had no problems so I bought another one. Both models are the 2-8 button version, but one was missing the extended lugs to accommodate the 8 buttons. I contacted KeySmart Customer Service and informed them of my concern. After a few letters I was unable to make my point. I'm trying to get them to send me extended studs for 8 keys. They think I'm so incompetent that I don't know how to install it, so they emailed me "how to make a video". After several emails, I decided to cut my losses and cut all ties with KeySmart. I would not recommend this product due to the lack of support.
