Review on Hoover BH52150PC Lightweight Included Separately by Tim Paolucci

I have purchased the BH52120 Cordless Vacuum. Worked for several months and would not turn on again. Then the tiny plastic part of the hand vacuum broke and could not be repaired. Since I have already bought a second battery to be able to use the vacuum cleaner longer, I got myself a replacement for the portable part. The new one didn't fit the stick either, so I called them and asked for a warranty replacement for part of the stick. Their answer: send it back to them at my expense (try to find a box that fits in the vacuum). Then they can replace part of the vacuum cleaner. A kind of guarantee! I will never buy a Hoover product again.
