They are nice and big, strong and well made. Ball bearings rotate easily. The brakes work well on spinning wheels, and unlike other reviewers, I want you to know here that spinning and stationary wheels are the same height. These wheels are so good I've been able to weld them to my power lift and the heat from welding hasn't affected them, the bearings still roll lightly and they roll very well even under significant weight. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm sure you are too!
