This is a great travel pillow! My husband and I each got one for a 3 week trip to Thailand with two 21 hour flights to and from Denver. The clasp was great for attaching to our bags and also helped keep my head up. We liked that the back of the pillow is flat, which is very comfortable compared to other travel pillows that are round and put extra strain on the neck by pushing them forward. One thing I would change is that I would like a travel case so your pillow doesn't get dirty. We actually thought it came with a lid based on product photos, but later realized it was a photo showing the lid can be removed, so that was a bummer. We didn't use the mobile phone case on the side either, it seems to be very practical and even fits the latest iPhone. Another issue we encountered was that when wearing wireless headphones and tilting the head to the left or right, there was some discomfort due to the earbuds being inserted into the ear. However, everything looked fine with regular headphones from Apple. It's not quite perfect, but damn close!
