Review on Simrad Cruise 9 Plotter Coastal Installed by Jay Matlock

I installed it myself and am not a professional. I used the bracket that came with it. The "hardest" part for me was connecting the power cord to the boat. The wires are small and I had to be careful when sheathing them. I used two ring connectors (not included) to attach the wires to the boat's propellers. The transducer cable was long enough for my boat (Eastern Sisu 22). Instead of drilling screw holes in the transom to mount the converter, I bought a "sticky" mounting block and stuck the screws into it. I'm just learning to use the device and it seems easy to use.
