Drilled two 6mm holes in the tile and backing. I barely drilled the second hole and had to take another 6mm bit to make the third hole. I punched through the center of the tile to keep the drill bit from moving and drilled with a Dewalt 3/8 inch cordless drill at 1/2 to 3/4 speed. all the time to keep the bit warm as it never got above room temperature. These bits are awful and don't even cost eleven bucks for all. I would not recommend these bits to anyone!
