Review on TOYOTA Cabin Air Filter Replacement - TYC 800005P by Chris Hamim

I am writing this review about purchasing two of these filters - one for each car in my family. First a few general notes: The filter does not come with the cardboard frame that other more expensive filters come with. If you are looking for that kind of feel/quality look elsewhere. The filter is flexible, which is good because it can be maneuvered around in the mount, bad if it has to sit alone in the filter compartment. Toyota 4Runner 2006. SR5 (4WD) - the filter is suitable for this car, there are no particular complaints. While the filter is flexible/a bit flimsy, the 4Runner has a mount that holds the filter so this is not an issue. I feel like it fits well and it's definitely not the size I used to get from the retailer. So I think either this is the wrong filter or it just doesn't fit. Anyway, I'll have to do some more tests to see if it makes a difference. If so, I'll have to throw that one away and buy another one. The jury is still out.
