Review on 🥤 Denitrate, 2 Liters / 67.6 Ounces by Trevor Palmer

I use and love so many Seachem products that I bought this rather large container of denitrate knowing it would be great. I put it in a reactor with phosban medium and using a small pump reduced the flow rate according to the instructions. I've been using it for about 5 months now. Maybe my expectations were too high, I don't know. I understand the nitrogen cycle. I have successfully treated 6 aquariums with ammonia, used reverse osmosis water and restored the exact mineral balance my fish need etc. So I know aquariums and I know bacteria. It works, don't get me wrong. It just won't blow you away like most Seachem products do. I stopped using it even though I still have the product. I tried an API product called Nitra-Zorb (also on Revain) and bro it works. This will drop your nitrates to 0. One final note about Seachem Denitrate: when it stops working, your nitrates will skyrocket.
